User data deletion

Data deletion request

Our CRM application (ma.ui) processes data received from Meta lead forms on behalf of our customers (clinics, studios, or other service providers).

If you have submitted your personal data (such as name, email, phone number) through a Meta lead form connected to our CRM, you may request the deletion of your data in two ways:

1. Request deletion directly from the clinic or service provider where you submitted your information. They are the Data controller of your data.

2. Request deletion from us (ma.ui CRM, Data processor) by sending an email to info@maui.md with the subject: “Request for data deletion”, and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address and/or phone number used in the lead form

Once we receive your request:

  • We will delete all data stored in our CRM systems within 30 days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is completed.
